Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 25, 2026
1.Digital Downloads: No Refunds
All sales of digital image licences are final. Once you've downloaded an image, we cannot “take it back” or prevent you from using it. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on completed digital downloads.
Before You Purchase
- Preview images carefully before purchasing
- Check licence type (Editorial vs. Commercial vs. Extended)
- Verify model release status if you need commercial use
- Review file specifications (size, format, resolution)

2.Exceptions: When Refunds Are Available
1. Technical Failure
If you paid but did not receive your download link or file, we will resend the download link or issue a full refund. Email hello@akuraavisuals.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number.
2. Incorrect Licence Issued
If we accidentally delivered the wrong licence type, we will provide the correct licence at no additional cost or issue a full refund. Email hello@akuraavisuals.com within 7 days.
3. Corrupted or Defective File
If the downloaded file is corrupted or unusable, we will provide a replacement file or issue a full refund. Email hello@akuraavisuals.com within 7 days.
4. Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchased the same image twice, we will refund the duplicate charge. Email hello@akuraavisuals.com within 7 days with both order numbers.
3.Subscription Refunds
Annual Subscriptions
No refunds on annual subscriptions once activated. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. No refund for the current billing period; access continues through the end of your paid period.
Exception: Unused Subscriptions
If you have NOT downloaded any images and request cancellation within 7 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund. Email hello@akuraavisuals.com within 7 days with your order number.
4.How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds: 5–10 business days. Bank transfer refunds: 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
5.Non-Refundable Items
- Downloaded digital files (you've already received the product)
- Subscription renewals (you had access for the full billing period)
- Overage charges (you received additional downloads beyond your subscription)
- Custom licensing agreements (bespoke contracts are final once executed)
6.Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended and all download links will be revoked. Please contact hello@akuraavisuals.com before initiating a chargeback. We'll work with you to resolve any issues.
